A. Local Councils and the RTA may do roadworks at any time. It will take 1 day after we are notified by the RTA or local council for the speed limit to be correctly displayed. Therefore in areas of roadworks, it is up to the driver to be diligent and take note of any adjustment to the speed zone and limits. If you travel through an area which has a road accident on it, the driver should be aware of any directions given (by police or authorities), until the accident has been cleared.
