George Germanos
Managing Director
George is the inventor and founder of SpeedAlert™ and Smart Car Technologies. In 2003 George received two fines on the same evening for unintentionally speeding and as a result set out to develop an application to warn drivers when they were exceeding the speed limit. Three years, and several thousands development hours later, George officially launched SpeedAlert™. Prior to the speeding mishap, George enjoyed 15 years senior IT experience.
James Christie
Chairman of the Board of Directors
James Christie is a Director and part owner of RESI Home Loans, one of Australia’s leading non-bank lending institutions. He has over 25 years experience in running successful business in a number of market sectors, including construction, finance and technology. Mr. Christie brings to SCT a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business financing and corporate diligence and responsibility.
Bill Roberts
Sales & Marketing Director
Bill founded one of the UK’s first digital agencies, Modem Media Inc. With retainer clients included IBM, General Motors, Kodak, Unilever, Citibank and Philips. Modem Media was ranked as the UK’s number one digital agency two years running. Bill’s expertise is in leading teams to develop innovative and effective solutions.
Bill’s true passion is energising high potential start ups to fulfil their market potential, and has developed significant alliances and strategic partnerships whilst at SCT.
Angus Davidson
Technical Lead Developer
Angus has an extensive mobile development application background working on bleeding edge technologies for major industry leaders including TomTom, Cognima and Symbian. Angus provides vision and stategic technical management to our development team encompassing embedded software development, product design and systems architecture.
Nicholas Voudoukis
Operations Director
Nick has many years experience managing multi-million dollar projects with technology and energy companies, spearheading initially their project development and eventually their commercial development, liasing with operators across industries such as engineering, construction, building automation, manufacturing and utilities.
